Rather than organizing schooling around the transmission of factual content, CBA structures learning around the development of transferable skills, deep understanding, and real-world application. This article examines the core advantages of implementing CBA in primary education, drawing on international comparative data, cognitive science research, and documented outcomes from countries that have successfully adopted competency frameworks.
