Abstract

The specificity of histochemical changes in obstructive and restorative diseases of the lungs, the increase of fuchsinophylls, the increase of sour mucopolysaccharides in the lung and bronchial parenchyma, the manifestation of Schiff positive structures, the increase of the positive structures of SHIK mainly in the caducous cells of the mucous membrane of the bronchi, vacuolar dystrophy and necrobiosis are determined.  At the same time, changes such as the increase of fuchsinophilic fibers and the development of pneumosclerosis are detected in the peribronchial and alveolar perimeters.  It is determined by the presence of foci of lymphostasis and lymphangiectasia near the root of the lung tissue and around the large bronchi.
