Abstract

This article presents information about the important role of information technologies in all areas today, including the banking system, how banks can not only optimize their operations through the effective use of information technologies in their daily activities, but also provide high-quality services to customers, the place and role of information technologies in banking activities. It also examines the possibilities of banks to accelerate their business processes based on information technologies, securely store data, and provide online services to customers.
