Abstract

The advancement of pragmatic competence in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classrooms is pivotal in equipping learners with the skills necessary for effective communication in diverse contexts. This study delineates the linguodidactic considerations involved in enhancing students' pragmatic abilities through the integration of authentic materials, interactive exercises, and targeted educational strategies. By examining various approaches to task design for pragmatic instruction, the paper analyzes empirical findings and theoretical insights to propose a cohesive framework for educators.
