PROSPECTS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SMART CONTRACTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes new trends in contractual legal relations between business entities due to the introduction of the digital economy, in particular smart contracts as a type of modern contract, as well as its specific features, advantages and disadvantages.Also, in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the problems that may arise with the practical application of smart contracts and the necessary amendments to the legislation are described.
