Abstract

 In this article, the meaning of computer viruses is studied, distinguishing their main characteristics and classifying them according to various criteria. Beyond this, methods of combating computer viruses, requirements for antivirus programs, their characteristics, and ways to ensure security are discussed along with their effectiveness.
