Abstract

 In order to be aware of how the strategy is being implemented, managers need formal and informal sources of information and a wide communication network. Strategy implementers should be at the forefront of creating an environment and culture that supports strategy. When major strategic changes occur, the manager must pay close attention to these changes and personally manage them, make the necessary changes in the company's culture.
