Abstract

 In the complex dance of agricultural production, the act of harvesting is only the beginning.  An important point where the quality and quantity of the harvest is preserved for later consumption or future use.  This important step depends on the art and science of agricultural preservation, where many techniques and methods come together to protect the bounty of the fields.
