Abstract

This article considers the importance and methods of effective organization of management processes in enterprises. Management processes include planning, organizing, controlling, and motivating functions necessary to achieve the organization's overall goals. Management tasks, decision-making process and corporate culture are important for establishing an effective management system in enterprises. Analyzing various models and methods of management processes, the article provides detailed information about their role in strategic planning, resource management and human resource development. The article also examines the influence of modern technologies on management processes and methods of their optimization.
