BIOGEOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MICROELEMENTS IN THE CHAIN “SOIL - PLANT INDIGOFERA TINCTORIA”

In this article, soil samples taken from irrigated saline meadow areas of the Fergana region (Dangara District Multidisciplinary Technical College) were studied. In the course of the research using a mass spectrometer with inductively coupled plasma ICP-MS (Nexion 2000), the amounts of such microelements as B, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ba in soil samples and plants of Indigofera tinctoria L. were determined. Based on the obtained results, the Clarke concentration distribution was constructed. The scope of the research - the biological absorption coefficients of microelements B, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ba contained in the roots, stems, leaves and grains of the Indigofera tinctoria plant grown in the Dangara district were determined, and their biological accumulation. and retention were divided into groups. The significance of these microelements in plant life is described.
