EMOTIONAL MARKETING AS A SALES TOOL: STRATEGIES FOR INFLUENCE ON FEELINGS TO STIMULATE PURCHASES

In this article, we consider the role of emotional marketing as a sales promotion tool. Emotional factors are important in the purchasing decision-making process, and marketers use them to create a deep connection with consumers. The article analyzes various strategies for influencing buyers' feelings, such as the use of positive emotions, brand associations, storytelling, visual content, and advertising influence. It also considers methods for measuring the effectiveness of emotional campaigns and the impact on customer loyalty. The author concludes that emotional marketing is becoming an essential element in the arsenal of successful sales and brand communications.
