This review article provides a comprehensive analysis of liver and biliary tract pathologies, including common diseases such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, cholestasis, cholelithiasis, and cholangiocarcinoma. Hepatitis, cirrhosis, and cholestasis are explored in detail, highlighting the importance of early diagnosis and appropriate treatment strategies. The review also discusses the advancements in diagnostic technologies, such as imaging and molecular pathology, that aid in the detection of liver and biliary tract diseases. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the need for a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, involving hepatologists, pathologists, and oncologists, for better outcomes.
