In the 21st century, there has been a steady increase in injuries and injuries around the world. As a result of the injuries received, the mortality rate for combined and concomitant injuries of the brain and spinal cord is 30-40%, and is more common in working age.Among all injuries, traumatic brain injuries in 50-70% of cases are combined with extracranial injuries []. Mortality with combined traumatic brain injury (CTBI) varies from 13% to 70%. According to the forecasts of L.B. Lichterman et al. a further increase in the frequency of CTBI is expected.
