Abstract

This article examines the pedagogical foundations necessary for developing virtual team work skills in students of higher educational institutions, the pedagogical conditions for improving virtual team work skills on the basis of technologies. At a time when the world is increasingly moving to online cooperation, it is very important to teach students to work effectively in virtual teams. The article is about the virtual world that has entered human life in the age of technological progress, its impact on society, and teaching students to effectively cooperate in a virtual environment, solve problems, and strengthen relationships using modern technologies.
