According to this definition, a road traffic accident is characterized by the presence of two factors: death of people, bodily injury or significant material damage, as well as the presence of a vehicle in motion.
When a road traffic accident occurs, one or more of the elements of the general system “Car - driver - road - pedestrian - environment” together cause a violation of the normal traffic regime.
