Abstract

This article explores how stereotypes influence communication between people of different cultures. It explains what stereotypes are, how they form, and how they affect interaction and understanding. The paper also discusses effective ways to overcome negative stereotypes through education, empathy, real contact, critical thinking, and respect. The goal is to show that open-mindedness and cultural awareness can help people communicate more effectively across cultures.
