Abstract

The article presents the development and implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation measures after orthognathic surgery in patients with dentoalveolar deformities. Based on international and domestic data from 2024–2025, key stages of preoperative, early, and late rehabilitation were defined. Special attention is given to ERAS protocols, myofunctional and speech therapy, nutritional support, and digital stability control. A model for implementing the rehabilitation pathway at the multidisciplinary clinic of Tashkent Medical Academy (TMA) is proposed.
