PROPERTY RIGHTS PROTECTION IN ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY: MODERN MECHANISMS

This article discusses modern ways of securing property rights relating to entrepreneur activities under legal system of Uzbekistan. Results indicate that property rights protection is effective only when preventive measures, legal remedies and institutional safeguards are applied in a coordinated manner.
