DEVELOPING THE METHODOLOGICAL COMPETENCE OF METHODOLOGISTS AND MANAGING THE INNOVATION PROCESS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

This article examines the development of methodological competence of methodologists in preschool education institutions and their role in managing innovative processes. The study emphasizes the importance of correct documentation and organized workflow in the activities of state preschool methodologists, as well as the need for a creative and systematic approach to professional responsibilities. The primary goal is to enhance the effectiveness of educational and methodological work through modern approaches, ensuring the quality of teaching and upbringing in accordance with contemporary requirements.
The article also highlights the significance of self-directed learning and continuous professional development for methodologists, considering the rapid changes in the education system and the emergence of new technologies and programs. It is argued that modern preschool educators must possess innovative competencies, flexible thinking, and the ability to effectively implement advanced pedagogical technologies. The study underscores that successful innovation in preschool institutions is determined by the methodologist’s ability to organize, analyze, and improve the educational process, as well as to develop professional and collaborative practices among staff.
