Abstract

This research article examines the pedagogical role of flashcards in English language instruction for young learners. It explores the cognitive and motivational effects of using flashcards as a teaching aid, particularly for vocabulary acquisition and retention. The outcomes reveal that flashcards enhance learning engagement, vocabulary retention, and learner participation when compared with traditional teaching methods.
