REFORMS IN THE FOREIGN POLICY OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the foreign policy reforms of the Republic of Uzbekistan implemented during the post-independence period, particularly in recent years. It highlights the principles of openness, constructive dialogue, regional cooperation, and adherence to international law that underpin the country’s foreign policy. The study also examines, from a scientific and theoretical perspective, the strengthening of good-neighborly relations with Central Asian states, the expansion of cooperation with international organizations, and the protection of national interests in the international arena. The article is prepared on the basis of legal and political analysis and reveals the legal foundations and practical significance of foreign policy reforms.
