Abstract

The article examines the role of physical culture in the development of stress resilience among university students. It highlights the positive influence of regular physical activity on psychophysiological adaptation, anxiety reduction, and emotional regulation under academic and social pressures. Mechanisms of interaction between physical exercise and psychological stress responses are analyzed. Practical recommendations for integrating physical culture into higher education are provided.
