Abstract

This comparative analysis explores the differences in strength and speed between female badminton and lawn tennis players. Both badminton and lawn tennis demand distinct physical attributes and skill sets. This research investigates how these variations manifest in terms of strength and speed among female athletes. By employing quantitative measures, the study examines factors such as muscular strength, sprinting speed, and agility in female players from both sports. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the athletic profiles of female badminton and lawn tennis players, offering insights for training programs, talent identification, and performance optimization.
