THE CURRENT STATE OF DIGITALIZATION IN THE BANKING SECTOR OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the current state of digitalization in the banking sector of Uzbekistan, examining institutional reforms, the development of digital banking services, and the expansion of the fintech ecosystem. The study highlights the role of mobile banking, electronic payment systems, and modern financial technologies in increasing financial inclusion and improving the competitiveness of commercial banks. Particular attention is given to the regulatory environment and technological innovations that support the digital transformation of the financial sector.
