Abstract

This article presents information about the pedagogical skills of a teacher in organizing and managing educational work processes in higher education institutions. The pedagogical skills of a teacher play an important role in organizing and managing educational work processes in higher education institutions. This process requires not only the knowledge and skills of a teacher, but also the ability to effectively organize their educational activities.
