Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the problem of violence against women using a comprehensive approach. The types of violence, theoretical foundations, social and psychological causes, as well as their consequences are scientifically examined. In addition, the legal framework aimed at eliminating this problem in the Republic of Uzbekistan, international experience, and practical mechanisms are analyzed. The author develops scientifically based proposals aimed at reducing the problem.
