This scientific article analyzes the role of collaborative approaches in pedagogical activity in shaping interpersonal relationships and integrating students’ learning activity. In the modern education system, it is becoming increasingly important to organize the learning process not only as knowledge transmission, but also as a process based on cooperation, communication, and social interaction. The article extensively discusses collaborative pedagogy, interactive learning environments, communicative competence, group work mechanisms, and methodological approaches aimed at increasing students’ social activity. It also provides a scientific-theoretical and practical justification of the interrelationship between interpersonal relationships and learning activity. The research results demonstrate that collaborative learning technologies are an important factor in effectively organizing the educational process.
