Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of innovative lesson models that serve to enhance students’ activity and effectively establish interpersonal relationships in the educational process. In the modern education system, interactive approaches, cooperative pedagogy, methods aimed at developing communicative competence, and the integration of digital technologies are becoming increasingly important. The article extensively discusses the psychological and pedagogical factors of developing learner activity, the impact of interpersonal relationships on educational effectiveness, and the mechanisms for applying innovative models. It also scientifically substantiates issues such as creating a collaborative environment between teachers and students, developing teamwork skills, and forming communicative competence.
