This article discusses the role and importance of collaborative learning in the professional development system. In modern education, improving teachers’ professional competence requires not only the acquisition of theoretical knowledge but also the development of practical skills through cooperation, communication, experience sharing, and reflective activity. Collaborative learning creates favorable conditions for teachers to work together, analyze pedagogical situations, exchange innovative ideas, and develop effective solutions to educational problems.
