Abstract

In the modern educational landscape, digital resources have become essential tools for developing language competence. This article explores how technology supports language learning by improving learners’ skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. The study highlights the effectiveness of various digital tools such as mobile applications, online platforms, and multimedia content. The findings suggest that digital resources not only increase learner motivation but also provide personalized and flexible learning opportunities.
