Abstract

This article describes the daily routine of female track and field athletes, including training sessions, rational nutrition, rest schedule, and sleep regimen, as well as sanitary and hygienic rules. It emphasizes the importance of following these elements according to a well-structured plan. The purpose and significance of a properly organized daily routine are discussed, along with the factors that should be considered when designing it. The article also highlights the beneficial aspects of such a routine for female athletes. Furthermore, it explains that failure to follow a proper daily regimen may disrupt normal physiological processes in the body, which can negatively affect both health status and sports performance.
