THE MAIN FACTORS HINDERING THE EMPLOYMENT OF SOCIALLY VULNERABLE WOMEN

This article is devoted to the analysis of the main factors hindering the employment of socially vulnerable women. The study examines economic, social, and organizational factors that negatively affect women's participation in the labor market. In particular, insufficient professional qualifications, limited access to financial resources, regional socio-economic disparities, informal employment, gender inequality, and the impact of family responsibilities on women's employment are analyzed. Based on the research findings, scientific and practical recommendations have been developed to increase the labor market participation of socially vulnerable women, strengthen their economic independence, and improve employment support mechanisms.
