SPEECH DISFLUENCIES IN SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION

As translation and interpretation serve as a bridge between languages and cultures, it is important to focus on the key factors leading to effetiveness and work on the progress. The paper highlights the speech production, the significance of speech fluency in simultaneous interpretation and difficulties appearing in the process. Speech disflueny and the way how language errors effect the process is demonstrated as well.
