Abstract

The article examines the current challenges and opportunities in training qualified personnel for the insurance sector and improving their professional skills. It highlights the importance of modern educational programs, competency-based training models, and continuous professional development to meet the growing demand for highly skilled specialists in insurance companies. The study analyzes international practices of professional preparation in the insurance industry and evaluates their applicability to the conditions of Uzbekistan. Special attention is given to digital competencies, risk management skills, customer-oriented service approaches, and regulatory knowledge as key components of effective personnel development. The findings suggest that strengthening cooperation between universities, training centers, and insurance companies, as well as introducing certification programs and advanced training modules, can significantly improve human capital in the insurance sector.
