Abstract

This article explores the economic foundations and significance of long-term life insurance in Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the role of life insurance in financial stability, risk management, and capital accumulation for both individuals and the national economy. It examines the regulatory framework, market structure, and economic factors that influence the development and sustainability of long-term life insurance products. The research also identifies challenges, such as low public awareness, limited market penetration, and insufficient investment strategies, and provides recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and growth of life insurance in Uzbekistan.
