The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in education has significantly transformed the teaching and learning of foreign languages. This article explores the application of AI technologies in language instruction, focusing on their effectiveness, benefits, and challenges. Using a qualitative and analytical approach, the study examines current AI tools and their impact on learners’ engagement, personalization, and language proficiency. The findings indicate that AI enhances language acquisition through adaptive learning, real-time feedback, and increased accessibility, although certain limitations such as technological dependence and ethical concerns remain.
