This study investigates the relationship between training and development initiatives and employee performance within the context of Hormuud Company in Mogadishu, Somalia. Employee performance is a crucial determinant of organizational success, and training and development programs play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Through a comprehensive case study approach, this research explores the impact of training and development on employee performance metrics, such as productivity, job satisfaction, and efficiency. The findings shed light on the effectiveness of training programs, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights that can inform strategies to optimize employee performance and contribute to the overall growth of Hormuud Company.
